eCreation Vehicles, Inc. was founded in the fall of 2003 and incorporated in Delaware April 2004. The company headquarters is located in Flower Mound, Texas. It is owned by its founder, executive management team, and a small group of private investors.

The company was founded by Frank Carbone, who currently serves as President and CEO. Frank conceived the idea for RVI as a result of his own experiences, as an RV owner. Frank is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur, having started and grown several companies, including an INC 500 aerospace engineering and manufacturing company.
