What is Flexshare®?
Flexshare is a members-only flexible lease-share program that provides best-of-class,
fully equipped RVs to people who want to experience the relaxing flexibility and unique
vacationing opportunities of RVing without the financial burdens and logistical headaches
associated with ownership. For corporations, Flexshare provides a unique combination of utility,
flexibility, luxury and customer care while effectively managing travel costs. Compared to rentals,
Flexshare saves 15-20% while providing better-equipped and maintained RVs, without up-charges for mileage,
generator use, cleaning, etc. RVI's vehicles also come fully outfitted,
like a rolling 4-star hotel, including kitchenware, bedding, towels, linens, etc.
How does Flexshare® work?
Corporate memberships cost $1,000 per year. A corporate membership entitles any of a
corporation's designated employees to use the RVs. Members receive driver training, trip
planning guidance and on-the-road support. RV time is purchased in weekly increments and paid
for at the time of scheduling. Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Employees of corporate members also get 50% off of the individual membership costs, a nice
perk that doesn't cost the company anything. We will work with your Human Resources
department to set that up.
How is Flexshare® Priced?
Vehicles are priced by RV size and accommodations as described below.
All vehicles come with basic accommodations such as toilet, shower, stove, microwave,
oven, range, air conditioner, heater, radio, TV, VCR. Vehicles shown are Winnebago brand
RVs and Fleetwood brand Trailers. Actual RVs may vary slightly by make and model.
